Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rocket Factory India, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our participants. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity regarding refunds for both our online and offline programs.

Online Programs

• Refund requests for online programs must be submitted at least one week before the scheduled start date.
• Refund requests can be made via email or phone and will be processed accordingly.
• Refunds will not be issued for requests made within one week of the program start date.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Offline Programs

• Refunds cannot be issued for offline programs, as these involve the distribution of physical educational kits.
• Any specific refund-related policies (if applicable) will be detailed in the event page or brochure for the respective program.
